10.11.2006 - Members of the Israeli homosexual community meet in a "Pride Rally" at the athletics stadium of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in Givat Ram.
The World Pride parade was scheduled for today but changed to a closed event without march following an agreement between the "Open House" gay organizers and the police due to threats of the ultra orthodox Jewish community and a week of violent riots against it in the orthodox areas of Jerusalem,and the high terror alert following the death of 19 palestinians in Gaza by a mistake artillery fire by the Israeli army.
